GIC Learning Journey:

“Sustaining Our Future”

Session Focus:

Designed as an experiential learning journey, “Sustaining Our Future” brings students on an exploration of Singapore’s reserves management, the role of reserves in financial sustainability and the principles GIC uses for investment decisions. This dynamic session features a resource allocation game, group research and presentations, pop quizzes, polls, and case scenario discussions.

Students will gain real-world insights into economic concepts, understand trade-offs in decision-making, and develop critical thinking and civic literacy skills. b) Join a ‘combined‘ session with other school(s) if your school has a group of interested students but the size is less than 100; or

c) Encourage your students to sign up directly with GIC for ‘open runs‘ held during the March and June school holidays if your school prefers to let your students have the autonomy and flexibility to sign up on their own.
